Easter Brunch Food Finds--Must Haves & King Arthur Flour Cowboy Muffin Mix Giveaway!

This year, I am hosting an Easter Brunch. I am busy preparing, trying to pull it all together. I have found some great "must haves" for the table and must share these discoveries.

First, I recently discovered Quince and Apple, an impressive small-batch preserve making company that produces heaven-sent jars of the best jams ever. They are based in Wisconsin and are made by a husband and wife team who are passionate about sustainability, quality and innovation. Well, let me tell you-it shows in their products!!! One last Easter brunch food find making a debut on our table this year are Thomas' Bagel Thins. I recently picked these up at Target and can't get enough of them! They are just 110 calories and are nice and big; after I eat one, I feel like I actually ate something as opposed to some of the smaller "thin" bread products out there which just don't fill me up.
