Easter Brunch Food Finds--Must Haves & King Arthur Flour Cowboy Muffin Mix Giveaway!

This year, I am hosting an Easter Brunch. I am busy preparing, trying to pull it all together. I have found some great "must haves" for the table and must share these discoveries.

First, I recently discovered Quince and Apple, an impressive small-batch preserve making company that produces heaven-sent jars of the best jams ever. They are based in Wisconsin and are made by a husband and wife team who are passionate about sustainability, quality and innovation. Well, let me tell you-it shows in their products!!! I sampled their Figs and Black Tea Preserves* and their Orange Marmalade with Lemons,* and they were to die for. I found myself dreaming about them all day, long after sampling them and cannot wait to dive back into them again. These are definitely going to be on my Easter brunch table this year and I am certain they will be the star of the table! You can purchase these superb preserves at the Quince and Apple website here, become a fan here and follow on twitter here.

Another great find that can get the kids involved, too, is King Arthur's Cowboy Cinnamon Chip Muffin Mix with Oatmeal.* These muffins are simple to make, so your little ones can get in on the action and share their culinary creation with your diners!  Best of all, they taste awesome and are made of all-natural and organic ingredients.  Tiny and I recently made these muffins and they were a perfect cooking project for an almost 5 year old, but we gobbled them all down before we could share any with guests, so we need to restock our pantry soon. You can get lots of great recipes and more at the King Arthur Flour blog here and order up lots of amazing baking mixes, ingredients, tools and more at their website, http://www.kingarthurflour.com/. What's more is that the good people at King Arthur Flour have offered to give one of my readers a chance to try Cowboy Oatmeal Muffin Mix, too! Check out the details, below.

One last Easter brunch food find making a debut on our table this year are Thomas' Bagel Thins. I recently picked these up at Target and can't get enough of them! They are just 110 calories and are nice and big; after I eat one, I feel like I actually ate something as opposed to some of the smaller "thin" bread products out there which just don't fill me up.

I love trying new jams and jellies. I hadn't seen the Thomas Bagel Thins yet - I'll have to keep an eye out for those.

Hey, I just came here for the first time from "My Favorite Things" BLog. I just love what I've seen/read so far and wanted to say hi! I love your perspective--a true domestic diva (you know, someone who embraces the womanly role no matter how crazy busy things are or how many disaster happen?) I can't wait to keep tabs!
